Caykur Rizespor's 95th Extraordinary General Assembly elected Ali Zeki Saruhan as president, while the management board and disciplinary committee members were also determined. The 95th Extraordinary General Assembly, held after 4 years of Ibrahim Turgut's tenure, elected Ali Zeki Saruhan as the new president of the club. The new management, disciplinary committee, and board members were also approved by the members in the single-listed congress. The general assembly, held at the Ismail Kahraman Culture Center, included Ali Zeki Saruhan's management board, which consisted of Şaban Aziz Karamehmetoğlu, Yusuf Ziya Alim, Ali Haydar Er, Hüsnü Kamil Bakır, Hasan Yavuz Bakır, Ahmet Taviloğlu, Yusuf Karaloğlu, Koray Kartal, Doç. Dr. Murat Can Pehlivanoğlu, Hüseyin Yangın, Cengiz Mataracı, Murat Artan, Ahmet Demirkan, Resul Çolak, Ümit Hüseyin Sarı, Sinan Mete, Mehmet Ali Karaca, and Rıfat Demirkan. The reserve management board members consisted of Mehmet Kuruloğlu, Celil Reyhan, Erol Aykut, Salih Sami Atılgan, Mahmut Ziya Sarı, Nurullah Haşimoğlu, and Ersin Kalender. The members of the disciplinary committee were determined as Yunus Emre Öztürk, Av. Ali İmran Büyük, and Av. Ali Fuat Yağcı. The reserve members were determined as Ali Karaca, İmdat Çakır, and Mehmet Çepni. After the general assembly, it is expected that the new management will distribute tasks and start working on the new season plan and the club's roadmap in the coming days.
